Wall Art
As you may have noticed from my previous bedroom update posts, I’ve added a little bit of wall art over my bed! I finally decided on something sculptural. The sea urchin like Curtis Jeré inspired sculptures were a good eBay find. The mirror I’ve had a for a few years now, I am still debating on keeping it there, although I do like the juxtaposition of styles and since they’re all cylindrical they work together. The mirror still needs to have the gold paint darkened, which I will do soon. For the time being, I’m happy with they way the wall is looking.
Faceted Lamps
Other plans, I’m thinking about changing out the lamps. The only issue is I have to find a good place for them to move to. I love these lamps and I will keep them but they look out of scale with the new headboard. Thinking about replacing them with a pair of these wall lamps from Lamps Plus.
Bedside Lights
I do like your lamps with the headboard…the yellow with the yellow. If you go with the others, I suggest trying to find some yellow shades!
